A turn-key implementations are for customers that want Geonexus to provide the complete implementation lifecycle for the Geonexus Integration Platform. We bring a proven approach to ensure a successful implementation and deployment that includes Project Management, Requirements Workshops, Software Installation and Configuration, Testing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post Implementation Hyper-Care.
Guided Implementations are for customers that have an existing or legacy integration that they are replacing and/or resources with system integration experience and capacity to lead the implementation with Geonexus assistance.
This engagement begins with through training of customer implementation resources so that they can take a lead role for software implementation. Geonexus assigns an Implementation Consultant to guide the customer throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Managed Services are for customers that want to be completely hands off and have Geonexus manage their system integrations using the Geonexus Integration Platform. This option is selected by customers that do not have internal resources with the capacity or time to implement and administer the integration. We provide continuous administration and monitoring of the integration.
Geonexus provides complete management and administration of your Geonexus Integration Platform. We provide the designated customer contact with regular reports of the data integration and any issues that may need to be resolved. We update the configuration based on customer change requests and ensure the integration is operating as expected.
